VibeTheory
Music theory practice for vibraphone, built for my phone.
Ingredients
Every experiment here starts from the same pantry: a shared design system of color, type, spacing and components. It lets me go from idea to something you can tap in days, not months. Each project then gets its own seasoning, so a vibraphone app doesn't look like a garden planner.
Raw ingredients like every color, size and curve available. Nothing here knows what it's for yet.
Swatches of the raw colors this site uses.
Plus a full range of other colors, ready for the next site.
The type scale, from xs to 4xl:
Names that say what something does, like “background,” “primary” and “border.” Every component uses only these, so swapping a theme never breaks a button.
backgroundprimarybordermutedEach site's own theme, which maps the basics onto the recipe. This is the only place cookie words like dough and cocoa are allowed.

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn/ui, deployed on Vercel. I build with Claude Code, starting every project from the same template repo.
When a project needs something the pantry doesn't have, I make it inside that project first. Once three or more projects are using it, I consider moving it into the pantry. That keeps the system small and earned.
